Deposits - A $10-50 deposit must be sent before you receive confirmation of your order via text or email (Refunds may vary)
Sizing- I confirm twice before

pressing or designing an

item that means once I have confirm

sthe sizing any additional change may

result in up charges

Wait Time - My goal wait time is 5-7 business days unless(rush order) if there is any changes in my schedule you will be notified 36 hours before pick up or Drop Off

Malfunction - If after pick up / drop off your item has a malfunction you are subject to refund or re issue of product as long as defective item is returned .

Rush Orders -Be mindful of my time as a service provider and so when booking for upcoming events pre ,weddings, graduation, baby showers etc. I must have at least

a 15 day notice of the event or I will decline the order

Shipping -There is a $10 shipping fee for orders that are placed and your  location is not in the remote Cash exchange- Once deposits  conmifred they are non-transferable and non-refundable depending on the item

Promotion - If you do not wish for your product and or items to be posted on my social media i understand but it will be updated to my business profile
