• A non-refundable deposit of $10–$50 is required before your order is confirmed.
• Confirmation will be sent via text message or email once your deposit has been received.
• Deposit amounts may vary depending on the order.

• Customers are responsible for confirming all sizes before production begins.
• Once sizing has been approved and production has started, any requested changes may result in additional charges.

• Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, unless a rush order has been approved.
• If there are any unexpected changes to your completion date, you will be notified at least 36 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

• Rush orders are accepted based on availability.
• For events such as weddings, graduations, baby showers, birthdays, or other special occasions, a minimum of 15 days' notice is required.
• Orders requested with less than 15 days' notice may be declined.

• A $10 shipping fee applies to orders that require shipping outside the local pickup/drop-off area.
• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.

• If your item has a manufacturing defect after pickup or delivery, you may qualify for a replacement or refund.
• The defective item must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.
• This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

• We may photograph or share completed products on our business social media pages for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer that your order not be featured, please let us know before production begins. We will respect your request.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Refuse service for abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
